By Bus:

Citylink to Aviemore from Glasgow, Inverness or Edinburgh. Bus service 338 from Aviemore rail station to Delnashaugh (Hotel)- Mon-Fri. Delnashaugh (War Memorial) to Tomintoul on Bus service 363.

By Train:

Train to Aviemore from Glasgow, Inverness or Edinburgh. Then take bus as above. Taxi from Aviemore cost approx. £25.50

By Car:

From Aviemore, take the A95 towards Granton-on-Spey. Then follow the A939 to Tomintoul. Hostel is on the Main Street, towards the southern end.

On Foot:

Very steep hills to Tomintoul, only recommended for serious walkers. Many routes bring you into Tomintoul from Braemar & Aviemore (20+ miles)
